Each Ninja is a Shockwafe soundbar owner and has undergone over 500 hours of intense training on the system as well as the market’s most popular devices. For the lifetime ownership of the Shockwafe system, the customer will be paired with a Ninja concierge that is specialized in home theater devices, ensuring speedy and seamless assistance at all times.
