All hooked up to 75" vizio PQ9…Nakamichi has truly outdone themselves…So many different options and settings to fine tune it to sound exactly how you want. Supports every audio format including dts master audio, truly a necessity for those with an extensive dvd/blu ray collection…If you have heard the vizio atmos 5.1.2 system, this system literally makes that bar seem like it didn't even have atmos. I'm not exaggerating. If that system sprinkled in atmos, this nakamichi 7.1.4 gives you the whole damn bottle of sprinkles. The sub is definitely more than enough…It's sharp and focused and only comes in when it should be…”

“…First I have to say Nakamichi gets 5 stars for their communication and instructions. After purchase I received an email from them with instructions on setup. Their website also has great instructions. Setup is easy. I also updated to latest firmware before hooking anything up. After setup I found a movie with dolby atmos sound on Netflix. I was impressed right away but the real test was when my wife came in and sat down on the couch. I started another movie and got up to make a drink, when i turned around and saw the look on her face I could tell I made the right decision with this sound bar. My wife is always skeptical of my "tech" purchases but this time she approves! Went with the 7.1.4 because we have a small open floor plan house. I would recommend this surround system to my friends.”

Works Great with Amazon FIre Cube

From the great documetaion on line to the perfect and large easy to read setup instructions in the box the attention to detail and quality is evident from the moment you recieve the Nakamichi Shockwafe Pro. It setup and integrated with the Amazon Fire Cube perfectly and the Sound inmovies that have Dolby Included is rich and breathtaking…I highly recomend the product. WHen used with the Amazon fire Cube it turns on with the tv via the Firecube Remote or via Alexa voice command and the volume is adjusted via the Remote or alexa as well...”

Nakamichi Shockwafe Pro 7.1.4
“…I wanted a system with rear satellites and researched a bunch of sound bar options and ultimately came upon Nakamichi, a brand that I have never heard of. While skeptical, the MANY positive reviews swayed me and I ordered the Pro 7.1.4. I was not disappointed. My room is 10'x12' and my tv is a 55" LG for reference. After setting everything up I was impressed by the sound and bass of the system! My test run was using Spider-man Miles Morales for the ps5 and you can hear city noises fire through all the satellites which make you feel like you're in the city of New York…I've also watched John Wick with Dolby Atmos on 4k which sounds great as well. I've also connected my phone through bluetooth and used Spotify with no issues…Nakamichi's customer support is top notch as well. I emailed them on separate occasions and asked about which settings would be ideal and always replied promptly. They even mailed me the latest firmware to ensure that my system is up to date! All in all I recommend this soundbar system!”

“Wow this, Nakamichi Shockwafe Pro 7.1.4 Soundbar sounds great. I needed a soundbar for a new gaming monitor that wasn't very loud at all. I did some searching, and decided on a Dolby ATMOS / DTS-X sound bar system. For games that support DTS surround, OMG.... Gun fire and explosions all around you, helicopters flying overhead. I never thought gaming would ever be this immersive..No regrets at all, this thing sounds AWSOME.”

“I purchased a refurbished version of this sound system, and I love it! Let me just say, the bass is hardcore! I live in condos, so I have to put it on small room setting and set the bass on its lowest setting because it will shake the walls! Listening to music sounds so, so good. This is absolutely an upgrade from my old Yamaha soundbar. If you want great bass and clear sound, this won't disappoint.”

“Bought a new expensive TV with all the great sound options so I needed a new sound system to use with the new TV. After reviewing many different sound bars I decided on the Nakamichi 7.1.4. The setup was easy and the sound is wonderful. Everything is so much clearer then my old Visio sound bar. I especially needed the back speakers because my wife and I are older and the rear sound just makes everything sound that much better. Many sound bar systems do not include any rear speakers.
